Friday, September 13th will mark a new era in the career of singer/songstress Barbara Stephan. With the release of her new 12 track album entitled COME ON OVER TO ME, and a HUGE launch party at Milwaukee’s The Cooperage, the show will be making it’s way into theaters, concert venues and festivals everywhere in the next few seasons.
